Following on from recent concerns from Wigan Central Councillor's to improve the Roundabout into a more uplifting area for local residents and visitors to Wigan.
The Roundabout which is positioned in a prominant area of Wigan on the main A49 Road on Wigan Lane forms part of the Town's Conservation Area.
