Story
As you all know Faith has been successful in making it into the final of Glasgow Next top model, hosted by LMI. The next stage of the competition is the fundraising round. The chosen charity is the John O’Byrne Foundation who work with the Royal Hospital for children, Glasgow (formally Yorkhill). The foundations moto is ‘Happiness matters’ and they provide various activities and events within the hospital for children. I know many of my friends and family have had little ones poorly in hospital and value the work these foundations do.
In order to raise funds for the charity Faith has chosen to complete a 5k bike ride around Strathclyde park. We have set a target of £400 and would appreciate every penny donated. Through using just giving and Gift aid we can guarantee all monies raised over and above fees will go directly to the charity.
Faith will complete her challenge on the 5th or 6th of November, depending on the weather and the set up for the fireworks display, and all funds raised must be transferred to the charity by Sunday evening.
