Since February 2015 Manchester's Homeless Group have been actively helping homeless people, rough sleepers, or anyone who needs help. We go out on our outreach service every Monday and Thursday evening from 8:00 PM until late. We also do what we call the hot chocolate run that starts at 12:00 AM and usually finishes around 330 AM from October until March, We hand out sleeping bags and maps with all the local charities, times and days there open so people can get some professional help. MHG Also run a food pantry for people struggling to make ends meet, this service has now been suspended due to not having transport we used to have. We also re connect homeless people back up with there families where we can, we have actually travelled around the north west taking people home. We are always actively helping people almost every day so if anyone wants to help us fund a cheap van that would be great. One Love.
