Burntwood Panda's is a friendly peer support group for Mum's and their little ones who are suffering with pre or post natal depression.

Post natal depression is now affecting more than 1 in every 10 women. It is extremely common and yet still so difficult to talk about, leaving many women to cope alone, finding it difficult to share their struggles.

Burntwood Panda's is a successful group that has recently expanded due to Mummy's urgently needing support!

The founder of Burntwood Panda's Rachael Woods, works extremely hard to ensure the smooth running of the groups. Both groups are run by volunteers, tea, coffee and biscuits are provided by a local charity and 'Spark' the centre where the group takes place is the perfect venue providing a lovely room and toys for the children to play so that the Mummy's can relax in a suitable atmosphere getting the peer support that they need.

However, due to the expansion of the group, we now need to fund raise in order to keep on top of the room hire for both groups. Therefore we are trying to get 100 people to give us just '£1' each in order for us to raise £100.
