Dear friends/friends of my mother and father,

This summer (5th July - 21th July 2018) along with 14 other girls, 2 teachers and 1 team leader, I will travel to Cambodia. We will start off in Phnom Penh and trek to Siem Reap where we will sleep in hammocks for 3 nights and then end in Battambang where we will do voluntary work with a local community.

In order to go to Cambodia I will need to fundraise to help pay for part of my trip. For a spoilt girl like me, I wanted to challenge myself immediately and I am willing to commit walking a certain distance. My friends know how much I hate walking and how much I love taxis! On Sunday 24 June, my mother will drop me off at the Cambodian Embassy (NW6 7AT) and I will walk home - without using google map - wearing layers of clothing as I want to experience the heat and humidity which will hit me in Cambodia. Pending of my ability of not getting lost, it should take me 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach Dagnan Road!
