WHO IS LOC? Local Ocean Conservation is a non-profit organization committed to the protection of the Kenyan marine environment through community development, practical conservation, education, research and campaigning.

WHY AM I FUNDRAISING FOR LOC? This project is so dear to my heart, as Ive watched it grow from the word GO! Like so many conservation projects, continual support is fundamental to their survival & this humble organization has worked through thick and thin to maintain their mission to protect our beautiful Ocean - so it's only fair we give back.

WHAT AM I DOING? Seeing as I'm such a water baby and can probably hold my breath better underwater than above, it seemed only right to take on the challenge of running at 5,500Ft about sea level in the Lewa Half Marathon. Granted this is hardly as impressive at my brother, Paolo, doing the 5 day Ultra, but hey we'll ignore that ;)

Any donation will go a long way, so please if you can, spare a few Pounds, Dollars or Shillings, I’ll take the strain and do the marathon (half😀)!
