This little girl is amazing and so strong I want to raise funds for her so when she is home we can surprise her with a fully paid trip to Disney land or somewhere she wants to go for her and the family to have some everlasting memories to cherish and to give This amazing young lady an amazing opportunity, and also send some gifts for other children at local hospitals, of course we will post pics once this is done so you Can all see how amazing we can make someone feel by a genuine act of kindness xx,
