14th November is National Diabetes Day.

We are raising funds for the children's diabetes team.

At diagnosis of type 1 diabetes, we would like to provide all families with a Carbs and Cals book and a set of kitchen scales to help them get off to the best start with their diabetes management.

There are approximately 135 children with diabetes in N E Lincolnshire.

We would also like to raise awareness of Type 1 diabetes in children.
