My son Dominik, 15 years old, has the opportunity to to travel to China as part of the Great Britain Wushu/Kung Fu Team this August to participate in the 9th World Kung Fu Championship.

Unfortunatelly as Kung Fu/Wushu is not yet an Summer Olympic Sport (it is part of the Youth Olympics, 2026 Dakar), it is not funded in any way, therefore all costs involve to attend at the World Championship in China is self funded. Myself and Dominik's father (who is the head coach for the Great Britain Kung Fu team, will travel with Dominkk to support him emotionally and mentally as well as in his training/competing.

Dominik is a 2 times European Champion in 2019

and 7th place in World Youth Championship 2022 Indonesia..

The travel cost to China including accommodation and other costs mounting over £7,000, including entry fees, Team GB kit, flights, accommodation, transport, training, specialist equipment etc... All of these are self-funded, so any donation at all will be a massive help to our family and will give Dominik memories and experiences of a lifetime to compete in China with his team mates and represent his Country, the United Kingdom.

Dominik is training at his father's Chinese Cultural and Martial Art Club, China Spirit UK since he was born. He has trained in all his life and sacrificed a lot in the the first 15 years of his life to be able to represent his country at Championships as the 9th World Kung Fu Championship in China this August.
