We are Chinnor Silver Band, a community focused village brass band based in Oxfordshire that has qualified for the National Finals of Great Britain which will be held in September 2023 at Cheltenham Racecourse.

The band is made up of a variety of people from different backgrounds, ages and musical experience. We also have a thriving training band where we introduce young people to the world of music and performance. We can often be found performing at local community events raising money for different charities.

As a subscription based, self funded charity, we are required to fund our own tickets for the day which enable us to enter the competition and also fund our transport to and from the event. We appreciate times are hard for everyone at the moment, but if you are able to donate we would be very grateful for any amount received however big or small.
