It is with extreme sadness that we learned the loss of our school mate Chiyamalan Krishnasamy, who was 42 years old. Chiyam was warm and generous human being in the school days and will be deeply missed by his mates and family. Losing a loving father is never easy. Chiyam is more than an ideal father. Chiyam was a caring soul with a drive for community development and dedication to improve the lives of so many in his home country.

As a tribute to Chiyam’s community service and in remembrance of our late school mate, the friends from J/Chavakachcheri Hindu College, J/Vigneswara Maha Vithiyalam, and Jaffna University are organizing this fundraiser to support Chiyam’s family . He is survived by his wife, 3years old daughter and 6month old baby boy.
