Story
In collaboration with the Lunchbowl Network, four teachers from Coombe Hill Junior School (Mr Held, Ms Ransom, Mrs Metcalfe and Mr Arman) are visiting a township in Nairobi, Kenya to support and develop teaching and learning in a kindergarten that supports some of the neediest and disadvantaged children in the local community. We will be travelling at the end of the summer term, on the 14th July for two weeks.
We will be travelling to Kibera, Nairobi with a range of creative teaching resources, equipment and ideas and will be training and further supporting the teachers who are educating the children in the Kindergarten.
With your help, we can make the most of this exciting opportunity!
