In the early hours of Sunday 21st July, Chloe Perry passed away. Chloe was just six years old. She was a courageous, beautiful, bright, cheeky little girl with an infectious smile and naughty giggle.

Chloe suffered from Coronary heart disease (CHD) and had undergone two dozen surgeries since birth. Her passing was very unexpected as she was in good health and recent procedures and tests had gone well. I know her passing has come as a shock to us all.

We are all at a loss and our hearts break for the family she sadly leaves behind. Her wonderful parents Beth & Chris and her beautiful sisters Eve & Charlie. Heaven has gained a beautiful mischievous little angel. Our thoughts are with her family at this truly heartbreaking time. We love you all and are here if you need us.

We would like to raise Money in Chloe's memory, to either donate to the family towards any funeral related costs or to donate towards a Heart Charity as I know this is something Beth has always done and feels passionate about.
