I am going to go to Peru in summer 2018 with CAMPS international to help with their community. I will be helping build schools, homes, toilets, water supplies etc.

I will also be teaching the children maths and English and will be doing many other activities in the community. It will be a life changing experience and will help benefit the less fortunate people of Peru, who only live on approximately 70p per day which wouldn’t even buy a cup of tea in a cafe in the UK.

The trip will be a month long, which provides us a lot of time to help the community.

CAMPS international are a worldwide organisation who specialise in helping communities in 3rd world countries. As a student of Tytherington School I have been offered this fantastic opportunity. I am hoping to fundraise as much of the cost as I possibly can which will be approximately £5000.

I am writing to ask if you would be kind enough to contribute towards my fundraising with a donation. My aim is to raise the entire amount on my own without relying on my parents, this I feel shows my independence and determination to take part in this life changing project.
