Presteigne YFC - 70 Laps of Presteigne for 70 Years

This year Presteigne YFC turns 70 years old. Established in 1955 the club provides an opportunity for members to get involved in a wide range of activities from competitions, club trips and sports evenings (there is an endless list).

As part of our 70th Year Celebrations on Saturday 2nd of August, 6 of our senior members are aiming to do a relay totalling in 70 laps round Presteigne (equivalent to approximately 140 miles) to try raise money for East Radnorshire Day Centre, Presteigne Co-responders and Presteigne YFC. These charities are lifelines in our rural community and we would be lost without them.

The club will be grateful of any donations to help support this valuable causes. We will have a stand on the high street on the day promoting the causes along with a chance to win a wheelbarrow full of booze! 🍻
