On the 23rd of August 2017, my 3 children and I were out at the park enjoying a lovely evening before we returned home to see our home in flames. The fire gutted the whole house leaving us with nothing but what we left with earlier that day. It was later revealed to us it was caused by an electrical fault. I thank god every day that we weren't in the house at the time of the fire. Since then we have been staying in a friends house until I could sort out alternative accommodation and I am pleased to say that we now have a nice little flat to call home. However it's rather empty and I haven't got the money to make it look more like home for my 3 beautiful children. They are currently having to share a double mattress on the floor to sleep on and have no toys and limited clothing. I just want to see them happy again and to feel safe and warm in our new home.
