Chloe is an 8 year old girl who was born with a rare medical condition called congenital myasthenia gravis syndrome which requires her to have a tracheostomy. She is also ventilator dependent and requires a gastrostomy for feeds to meet her dietary requirements. She is constantly attending appointments due to her condition and is always under care of the Complex Care Team.
