In summer 2017, I am going to Borneo for 4 weeks with Camps International. During our time, we will be pushing ourselves to the limit in order to create a better environment for both the local communities and the surrounding wildlife; this includes planting trees, teaching local children English, and building structures such as schools or toilet facilities which the town or community could really benefit from.
Not only is this a once in a lifetime opportunity for me, but its also such an amazing opportunity for those suffering in Borneo who could really benefit from our help and support.
To challenge ourselves even further, each student has to fundraise the cost of the trip ourselves, to make the whole experience much more independent and educational. I would be very grateful with any support you are willing to give, as even a small amount can help me out a lot.
