Chichester Hospital Radio is a registered non-government funded charity organisation, entirely run by a dedicated team of volunteers who present and create content and broadcast for the radio (online and by shortwave 1431AM), covering 24/7/365 and serving the patients and staff of St.Richard's Hospital in Chichester, West Sussex.

This year, we are proud to be celebrating our 50th year and in celebrating our past, we are now focussing on our future; our studio equipment is 10+ years old and challenges the organisation in maintaining services to our listeners. In order to modernise, we require replacement equipment and furniture to enable our presenters to provide a high quality service, as we have done for the last 50 years!

With the rising cost of living which we are all experiencing, our limited annual fundraisers are now primarily focussed on ensuring we can continue to run the service, as opposed to funding new and much needed equipment within the studio.

Any support or assistance from the community would go a long way for the studio, its volunteers, the organisation and more importantly - you the listener.
