Hi Guys, I'm running an off road marathon on September 1st. I would like to raise some money for a very special charity in Chile.

!PLEASE BE AWARE! This is not a registered UK charity so you will have to trust me that I will transfer all the funds. I am only inviting close friends to the group and I will provide proof of the transfer and record all donations on here.

The charity itself is a Christian charity called Fundación Las Parcelas la Pintana, which is located in a very poor neighborhood of Santiago de Chile. The charity looks after young children and teenagers from the neighborhood who have nobody to look after them during the day and helps educate them and teach them good values, some of these children come from unspeakably terrible backgrounds.

I have visited this place a handful of times and cannot think of a more worthy place to donate to. The money really will make a difference.
