I've raised £15000 to give my daughter a chance to halt her MS !

A life-changing stem-cell transplantation to halt disease progression
In 2020, when she was 29, my daughter Melissa was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). She rapidly progressed and now uses a wheelchair.
She is likely to deteriorate quickly and the only treatment which will give her the chance to halt her MS is a stem-cell transplantation (HSCT).
The prospect is life-changing, but is unavailable to her on the NHS, so she is looking to have the procedure done privately. This comes at a cost, and we are hoping to raise £40,000 towards it.
Her first relapse, pre-diagnosis, was an episode of optic neuritis which makes it difficult and painful for her to spend extended time on screens. This is the main reason she is off all socials, and we would really appreciate your help to spread the word.
This is a message from Melissa:
'I’m a writer currently doing a creative writing PhD at the University of Leeds. For anyone who can donate over £50 to my fundraiser, I’d like to offer my thanks in the way I can: by writing you a short story. If you are interested, please email me at melissa.brakel@gmail.com. You can read or listen to me read a couple of short stories on my website.'
