Story

I'm trying to find enough money to pay for a prosthetic leg. This person was properly down on their luck. After loosing a job then his girlfriend and then his home. He was staying in a tent from November to February and then tried to take his own life and woke up a couple of weeks later only to find out that he'd failed and lost their entire right leg and hip. He took over 100 sleeping tablets and anti-anxiety medication and overdosed. He was laying on his leg for roughly 2 days before he was found but by then it was too late and the mussel had died and realesed toxins into the blood and bone marrow. Because there is no stump left it's an expensive prosthetic and it's going to be hard learning how to walk all over again. Jobs are hard enough to find at the moment but finding one that's possible and close enough to bus to but whatever spare money I make will be going towards it also. We're talking about£10,000-15,000 for a step up from a national health one. Those ones are not good at all. They just look like there is a leg under the trousers rather than being able to walk with. Plus there is rubbing, blisters and heavy so extra weight gos on the one leg that is left so it can't be used daily. Now his mental health is worse, suffers from phantom pains which makes for bad sleep, depressed about because of looking that way and can't find a job.
