Thank you for visiting this page in memory of Chris Edwards, beloved son, brother and friend to many.

Chris was a talented geologist who had a successful career in both academia and industry. A passionate cyclist who had raced both in the UK and abroad, he is remembered for his energy for life, his wit and an infectious personality by his family and his many friends.

Chris's mother Olive has set up this page for those wanting to make a donation in his memory.

Donations will go towards Karuna (a charity that works in India and Nepal to end caste-based discrimination and for which his sister Amy works) and a portion may be contributed towards a planned bursary for student geologists set up in Chris's name.
