Mental health and suicide we lose people who can't even talk about issues I myself was suicidal then I found woodworking saved my life as it have you focus and purpose I would like to open a local Scottish men's shed to help myself and others ,belong to a group even if its a cuppa and chat men don't want to talk about issues and be judged ,building or making with your own hands can be therapeutic and very satisfying especially in a group of like minded people with all projects local getting tackled by us helping elderly and disabled people do diy for them and upcycling to raise money to put back to community ,that can help many different people and causes also helping the homeless get and make a house a home ,I feel this one project can help the masses even through youtubers and collaboration of many crafts ,and skills ,old fashioned crafts are rising and may also help people gain practical skills allowing them to get jobs and life skills ,this would be totally non profit and voluntary run by me and anyone who wishes to take on responsibility, we would get the materials with money and build a good sized club and buy used tools etc ,also there are company's looking to help with tools and joinery company donating unused wood etc to project so it gives us many skills and gives the community that close nit feeling of not being alone and to be honest I was given 2nd chance so I need to leave a mark on the world and my community please help us help ourselfs by allowing is the chance of being together in a group and tackling many issues ,in the local area where poverty very much is a part of modern day life sadly and look to stand by a moto of ACTIONS OVET WORDS ,This would be open to any human of any level of skill and where ever they lye on society's judgment scale a way of GI ing us trust ,a voice and helping elderly etc have nice homes and bringing back old fashioned values and sparking life back into the rise of hand crafts once more giving that fuzzy tired satisfaction
