Katiri Primary is one of our project schools and last year we provided £2000 to fund its first library to support the pupils. In May 2020 the library furniture and books were washed away by devastating floods when the river Nyamwamba alongside the school flooded twice. Although the pupils are still in lockdown, we are doing everything in our power to reisntate this library and get the school back on its feet before the pupils return. We are also hoping to provide small funds to other schools affected by these devastating floods.
