Story
This year 1st Roffey Scout Group is 100 years old. We are the oldest continuously running Scout Group in Horsham and we had planned to celebrate in style. We had many events planned but the Covid19 pandemic has meant most have had to be abandoned. One such event was a sponsored walk around Horsham park with all young members walking laps to try and get to a total of 100 miles. We are now adapting this event and asking all members to go out on 14th June at 11 am and walk at least 2 miles each in a 1½ hours time slot so that collectively we can still achieve our aims.Thank you for your support.

4 years agoIt's official ! Collectively we have managed 100 miles today and the total is still rising. What a brilliant day for 1st Roffey Scout Group and thanks to everyone who has taken part and / or sponsored us. Despite the lockdown, we are still managing to celebrate 100 years of continous Scouting at Roffey. With such amazing support, I'm confident the Group will be here fo another century and will still be doing a great job at providing the young peopele of Roffey with skills for life.
