In March 2016, whilst on holiday in Thailand with Yvonne, Chris suffered a heart attack as a result of DVT. Chris was sedated in an induced coma for several weeks fighting for his life.

A lengthy delay ensued in finding a hospital bed back in the UK but eventually Chris was flown back home to Telford. Months of recovery and medical treatment has got Chris back in a stable condition.

Heartbreakingly, Chris suffered some brain damage from being starved of oxygen whilst being resuscitated and will continually require 24 hour medical care from now on.

Chris is well loved by his family and endless list of friends who now want to do whatever they can to raise as much money as possible to aid with his ongoing care.

The target is starting at £1000.00 but let's keep raising the bar with as many fundraising events as we can!
