On 19th Ocotber I am taking on the challenge of trekking Mount Kilimanjiro with a group of intrepid explorers. My aim is to raise funds for Inclusively Taekwondo (ITKD) .This is a charity that is part of Wirral and Chester Taekwondo Academy based in Bromborough. It's aim is to help adults and children with disabilities to access martial arts. My son Sam has Autistic Spectrum Disorder and joined the club three and a half years ago. He had anxiety and social inclusion issues due to his condition, however due to the fantastic coaches and support networks his confidence and social skills have improved to the extent that he is now qualified to red belt and competes in competitions. ITKD provides those who would normally struggle to access this type of activity with confidence and a great sense of achievement. Please help me raise funds so others can access this fantastic cause as this club really changes lives!
