Where to start,....

firstly I could not of been more blessed than to have such a gracious and couragious woman to call my Grandmother than Lynda Alice May Haydney.

She is my rock and has supported and guided me my whole life and has been like my Mum.

I know I'm biased, but of anyone I know her story is the most amazing and her achievments far beyond anyone would've placed possible considering all the factors she was up against... but that's not what we're here for...

sadly approxamitly 6/7 weeks ago 28th July I recieved the blood curdling call from my Aunt telling me my Nan was in the back of an ambulance on her way to eastbourne hospital and that she had had a stroke.

Thankfully after a couple of weeks of being tube fed due to having lost the ability to swallow, Nan can now eat normal soft foods, and is fully capable of talking, she has lost the use of her right arm and has had to learn to walk again with the aid of a frame.

My world collapsed and the pain that tore threw me was like and still is like nothing I have ever felt before.

She is my world and for all the years I've needed her and still do she now needs me and its my turn to be there for her.

In the past 6 weeks I've racked up over 3,500 miles on my car.

I thank God for the fact I have the tools and equipment to get to her, however I'm struggling immensly to sustain my car and the commute to get to her financially.

So I'm asking for all your help to enable me to help my Nan x
