Story

On the 6th April 2019, Sophie Dog and I will be taking part in a fundraising event with Paws in the Park, a 5km sponsored dog walk at Rushcliffe Country Park.

There is a need for pet fostering projects to support women and children to find safety from domestic abuse- while ensuring their pets can also be safely looked after in foster homes. Many abusers will threaten to harm or kill pets as a way of controlling their victims and preventing them from leaving
