Story
On 26th November heaven gained an angel. God picks his own flowers as they say and that night he picked a bunch of them from just one person.
Due to a head on collision the world lost a great woman and friend to all. The family are left with a huge void and we all miss her very much. Craig, her beloved son who has learning disabilities is trying to understand what has happened and now he has lost his best friend and mother. How do you tell this to a son who still believes in Santa Claus? Christine lived for Craig and always made sure he was never alone and spent whatever she could on him, even if she went without herself.
Hayley, her daughter and Terry, her lifelong friend and ex partner are devastated at what has happened and it is not right that such a lovely, caring and devoted person should leave this world in such a barbaric way. They miss her terribly and loved her more than she ever knew. I cannot imagine what her partner Dave feels like being the driver that night and having lost his life partner.
Christine was a huge fan of Dominic Kirwan that she followed for his whole career no matter where he went, who may I say telephoned Hayley to offer his condolences. That shows how popular she was and why she had so many friends within the Irish music community.
My hope is to raise as much money as possible to take away some of the financial strain that comes with such a tragic event. Every penny helps and we hope to put anything donated towards giving Christine the send off that she deserves as well as getting the family over to Ireland where she always wanted them to go.
Whether it is a pound or a penny, I am grateful to you and we will ensure that Christine's light will shine on for all eternity. I had to set a target of how much to raise, but in all honesty I hope we can raise as much as possible for such a nice family.
With love and thanks to everyone for their continued support. It is helping the family get through a very tough time.

Partner of Christine's daughter Hayley. I'm not in this for any gain other than to help the family out at such a tragic time. I had to set a target and I would love to exceed it!, every penny will help massively to look after Craig especially. Heartfelt thanks to all.
