We are a small, local non-profit charity who strive to provide vital help to looked after children and low-income families around the Christmas period by donating gifts, food, and monetary support. Our journey starts in the Wakefield area, with a vision of expanding our reach across the Yorkshire region. We utilise local authorities and sources to locate those most in need of support. Together with local help, Christmas Cheer seeks to enhance the Christmas experience for children in care homes and low-income families.

We will use the money raised to fund the production of our Christmas-themed hampers that will be delivered to local foodbanks across the Wakefield district, as well as enabling us to throw a Christmas party at a local children's care home/hospice. Any remaining money will be donated directly to the care home/hospice.
