Whilst for many Christmas Day is a day of gifts, food and merriment with family and loved ones there are many young people who will wake up on Christmas Day to no food or gifts, cold and scared, or at risk of neglect and abuse.

We sadly can't stop this from happening, but we can try and ease the suffering. With this in mind, this year, I am working with Hoseasons and Access Community Trust on a very important project offering support to some of the most vulnerable young people in our community.

We are organising and hosting a Christmas Day for young people in Lowestoft, at Sam’s Cafe. We will provide a warm welcoming atmosphere, a traditional Christmas dinner and, where possible, provide gifts and/or items that will make life easier for these young people.

This is where you come in, Hoseasons are fully backing this project however we can't do it alone. We are asking for support from individuals and local businesses to get involved in a variety of ways to support those around us who need it most; we are asking for donations of items for raffle prizes and gifts, monetary contributions, fundraising support and more.
