I've raised £500 to help a victim of crime to buy food and presents for Christmas

My sister Laura has always been a huge inspiration to be and a real example of kindness, love and helping people. Throughout my whole life she has always gone out of her way to help people less fortunate than herself, volunteering for homeless charities, for victim support, and giving the last of her money to help people with nothing. She is a probation worker and really believes in giving people a chance.
Last night my sister, and her boyfriend's home, was broken into in the dead of night whilst they were asleep upstairs. Of everything that was taken ( which was a lot of the usual things, purses, laptops etc) by these horrible people the most upsetting things were the Christmas presents, some to her and her boyfriend from our family, but most importantly were the presents for her Niece and Nephew. She had spent the majority of her money, of which she does not have much as she chose a career based on helping people rather than income, was used on special gifts. Knowing that she has had a hard year and does not have much for herself, she was also purchased some little gifts from our family as little tokens to make things a bit easier - these have been taken too.
Laura would never do something like this for herself, she would always go without, but she is so heart broken that she can now not afford to get more presents for the children.
As it is Christmas it would be amazing to have a little bit of support and help her during this horrible time.
