Hey!

My name is Megan Lane and this Christmas I have partnered with ​My Name is Human Project​- an organisation dedicated to helping the homeless and refugees all over the world.

We are working together to directly help those sleeping rough this Winter in London and we need your help.

Christmas in the UK is a particularly hard time to be on the streets, both physically and mentally. Not only is it some of the coldest and harshest weather conditions- with unforgiving temperatures and constant rainfall, but also the mental effects of witnessing families come together and spend endless money on gifts.

We are creating care packages with basic supplies and gifts such as quality, sustainably sourced hot food, warm clothes and accessories, waterproof blankets, men and women’s hygiene kits, books, dog food and more!

We are also looking at partnering with a chef to help us cook hot, healthy dishes to distribute. Not only will this be more cost effective, it also means we can reduce the amount of waste by using sustainable and recyclable material.

100% of your donation will go towards our packages, but we wanted to thank you for your generosity too. Every single persona that donates will be entered into a prize draw and be in with a chance to win some incredible goodies from luxury brands to say a huge thank you for your generosity!

We are estimating the cost of each package to cost around £15 per person.

Our first milestone is £1000, which will allow us to help around 60 people. EDIT** Thank you to everyone who helped us to smash our first target in just 2 days.

We have now raised our target to £5000 which will help so many more people and enable us to do so much more with the money raised. We are now also hoping to hold some special events for the homeless, such as a movie night and a yoga class. We can do this!!!
