I'm raising £500 for a children/youth project to help get Walsall and Brownhills Scouts to Kandersteg, the home of the international Scout centre.

Scouts aims to build and develop young people’s confidence, sense of adventure and outdoor skills, as well as encouraging them to explore their beliefs and attitudes and be creative. It offers them the independence to put these skills into practice at camps and even on international trips.

Some of these children have never had what is a real adventure, let alone traveled abroad. The opportunity literally is one in a lifetime, but costs for the families are high.

The scouts are all fundraising every week, to help reduce the cost of this trip to the families concerned, every penny really counts.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate and the fundraiser closes, I will withdraw funds and send directly to Scouting.
