Yesterday afternoon (10/7/2018) our flat caught fire and was nearly destroyed completley. Myself and my two flatmates have lost everything, apart from some furniture, records and appliances that were salvaged from downstairs. We escaped with minor injuries and nobody else was hurt thank god. 🙏 We are in tenporary accomodation until we know what will happen next. I work as a proffesional chef, one of my flatmates is a builder, snd the other a cabaret performer.

We now have no clothes, food, phones, computers,toiletries, or anything else, just what we were wearing when we got out. My flatmate cannot work without their makeup/wardrobe/shoes/phone as well as everything else. I cannot work without whites/knives/phone/computer etc. The builder has lost all his work clothes and personal belongings. We woudn’t as unless we were despatate for help. Thank you for reading.
