The Sound of Animals - Facebook page

So as most of you know, I am pretty much the epitome of crazy dog lady! So I've decided to run in the Great Scottish Run in aid of all the puppers :) If you know me, you'll also know I am not so crazy about the whole running thing...

After my travels in Sri Lanka and India, and having my own little pupper Louie during my time out there, I realised how horrendously these amazing animals can be treated. Seeing the way they were mistreated or deliberately injured and hurt was beyond shocking and heartbreaking to see.

Since coming back and looking at different charities that selflessly help these adorable little things every day, I came across The Sound of Animals due to a couple of friends I know who were volunteering there (now are permanent helpers :)). These guys tirelessly and selflessly spend their days making sure these defenceless dogs have all the medical attention, love and care they deserve.

I'm going to be going out at the start of next year to volunteer for a week but would love to be able to send them a little something in the meantime to help with building costs, food, medical bills and toys for the pups! These guys rely solely on donations so any small contribution will make a huge difference.
