Story
Many of you may have heard that St Lleurwgs Church in Hirwaun was broken into in the early hours of Christmas morning.
A lot of silver and technology such as computers and musical instruments etc were stolen.
I have been so touched by the Rev Cei Rees's reaction to this crime but also by the reaction of members of the community who wish to make donations to go towards replacing the stolen items.
All donations, however much you can spare, gratefully welcomed. Diolch yn fawr.

Thank you Karen for arranging this. I like to attend the'Carols by Candlelight Service' each year. It means a lot to me and to think this happened on Christmas Day is appalling.

WELL DONE KAREN...What a worthy cause for an outrageous and mindless act of crime! Let's hope the Church gets more than what was stolen x

We heard of this terrible crime this evening on the news. We've never heard of your Church or town (somewhat ashamed to admit), but we admire the determination of congregation to celebrate Christmas.
