🏃‍♂️ Belfast City Half Marathon - Zachary Geddis ~ Break The Silence Trust 🏃‍♂

I will be running the Belfast Half this time next week to raise funds for the Zachary Geddis- Break The Silence Trust which supports the work of improving understanding of Mental Health in Young People in Northern Ireland and decreasing the stigma of suicide.

I had the pleasure of working with Zachary as part of the Ulster Project in 2013 and during that short time I recognised the special bond that he made with his peers on both sides of the Atlantic. While also working with teenagers in school on a daily basis, I am aware that not all wounds are visible and we MUST support young people in all areas of the health and well-being.
