Babies being held down, their arms and legs stilled (sometimes manacled), their foreskins clamped and then cut and amputated. Sounds like a gruesome horror film and yet the circumcision of infant males is occurring every day and apparently legally. We are commencing legal action against Members of Parliament to stop this abuse and harming of babies and to compensate the victims. Please help us.
