Taking part in Abersoch's fun event, RUN SUP RUN, in memory of Johnny Rob and to help raise money for the MOVE Against Cancer Charity which works to support and inspire people to Move Against Cancer.

I am also taking part in memory of all my loved ones who I have lost to cancer and show support to anyone who is living with it.

I'll be doing a 1 kilometre run, 1km on the paddleboard and a final 1km Beach run to the finish.
