Myself and my colleagues are trying to raise £600 for two local charities which are dear to us and our colleagues so we want to do our bit for our community

We will be doing a 10k hike up Rivington Pike on Friday 23rd May 2025. We have done this before in 2024 and really enjoyed ourselves (maybe we weren’t supposed to) and so we have decided to do this again. It was a really great team building day and we had so much fun whilst raising funds at the same time. Even some of our dogs came - Winnie and Ozzy who no doubt will come again to keep us on our toes 😊.

Last time one of my colleague was walking like John Wayne for the weekend but It was all worth it

The first charity is Elite Community Hub- this charity is a community gym which focuses on supporting mental health and physical health sessions as well working with local schools and authorities to help tackle and reduce anti social behavior. Our second charity is Saving Strays Animal Rescue

Saving Strays Animal Rescue is a local animal charity based in Bolton. We care for and re-home unwanted cats, dogs, horses, rabbits and would never allow a healthy animal to be put down

Amanda on our team is a big supporter and helper (foster cats) of this charity and has adopted 2 cats from here as well as look after some of the cats they have which is amazing. Again we want to support this charity which is close to Amanda's heart. You can read more about this charity on the below link -
