I've raised £2500 to For Jinx's,treatment and operation at DickWhites Veterinary referral hospital at Newmarket

Dear All fellow animal lovers It’s with a heavy heart that I need to introduce you to Jinx who is 9 weeks old, he has been with Brenda at Alresford kitten & feral rescue with his mum and siblings . Brenda started to notice during his weaning period that he was becoming sick and not really tolerating his new food, he’s wasn’t sick all the time but as the weeks went by this started to increase and he couldn’t be left alone to eat as he would start to choke even if the food was liquidised.
I took little Jinx to our vets on Tuesday and he was booked in for an X-ray and a barium meal the following day. The results are devastating to us. One in a million apparently and it’s unheard of.
Aspiration pheumonia,
Food pouches in the Oesophagus, cranial to heart,
Vascular ring.
Which means he needs to be referred to Dick Whites on Monday 10th June at 1.45 for a scan for it to be confirmed with the possibility of surgery.
To make it possible for Jinx to have the scan and treatment at Dickwhites it will cost in the region of £3000 + .I will be able to confirm this on Monday. We need to fund raise again. If you are able to help Jinx by donating as little as £2 we hopefully will be able to meet our target once again.
Of course we shall keep you all updated on Jinxe’s Journey and there is no guarantee of his survival during this as we do not know of the success rate in cats after the operation. But we feel we have to at least try for him
If anyone is able to kindly donate to Jinxes fund no matter how small, it is greatly appreciated by us all.
Although we may reach our target, please be mind that GF fees are deducted afterwards.
We will keep you updated.
Thank you all once again.
