Where to start... Pipkin is my beloved 8 year old, blind and partially death Shih Tzu boy. From a puppy he has been plagued by ill health, Liver shunt, blindness, partial deathness, allergies, irritable bowel syndrome, Addisons didease, the list is extensive, aswell as the medications he currently takes for everything. I have also had my fair share of ill health, having undergone a double lung transplant 2 years ago due to end stage Cystic Fibrosis. A recent bout of ill health has also revealed i have chronic rejection and whilst i‘m hopeful that i’m in good hands in trying to stop and stabalise this, i have had to reduce my hours at work due to it! My husband also works full time to support our little family!

Anywho, to cut an extremely long story short... my little boys insurance company are no longer paying for his vet treatment regarding his bad Atopic Dermatitis, which causes him to constantly have severe infections in his ears, this has led to him requiring another ear surgery to blast the tissue changes from chronic ear infections. I‘m hoping to raise some funds to help towards some of the cost of this, which is estimated at £600+ The only other option after this is a complete ear canal ablasion, which i JUST cant even contemplate as he has been through so much this year already! And to be blind and COMPLETELY death upsets me! I will always do what is best for my boy but unless this was the very last option, i’m not considering it!

Pipkin, or Pip on the days he behaves well 😜, means the world to me and i hate to ask people for help but we are unable to keep up with his recent vet bills for his other health issues ontop of this!
