Story
When I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, I wanted to meet other people with incurable, life-limiting cancer who were a similar age to me - ie retired very early. There wasn't any organisation that enabled me to do this so I set up the Cancer Treat Club. It has been going since November 2016 and gets new members every month. We go out and do fun things for free on the first Friday of every month.

7 years agoThank you to everyone for your sponsorship. The money we had from Weston park hospital has now almost run out so your donation will help me to continue to make the treats free. This really helps people as we all have had to pack in work and have had to adapt financially and some people find it a real struggle. I have found out about how to apply for PIP and a Blue Badge.
