Jack is 8 years old and has faced a lot of medical issues over the years. More recently his sight had started to deteriorate rapidly. After many hospital visits and tests Jack has been diagnosed with Bardet Biedl syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that ultimately leads to total blindness. Jack's parents have been told that he is likely to have lost all his vision by his teenage years, which has completely devastated us all.
