I am doing the Mid-Sussex Triathlon on 14th June to raise funds for the Brighton Breastfeeding Drop-in which is run by volunteer NCT breastfeeding counsellors and NHS peer supporters, and relies on funding to cover the cost of the venue.

Please help to keep this invaluable service available to all new parents who need support with feeding their babies.

The Mid-Sussex Triathlon was my first triathlon 22 years ago! I have done a few since then but this will probably be my last and it's probably going to be a lot more painful!!
