I've raised £10000 to help raise money for the cancer charity CLAN

In 2014, at the age of 35, married and with two children aged 4 and 7 I was disgnosed with a high grade Brain Tumour and was given a year to live! Due to the grade, the tumour will never be gone but post chemotherapy and radiotherapy I’m still here three and a half years later. I used to say “if” I turn 40 but now I say “when” I turn 40 and on 8th May 2018 I will be so proud to hit 4-0! When we were first given the heartbreaking news of my diagnosis and timescale we were in so much shock and tears that we just didnt know what to do with ourselves. When we remembered about what CLAN, a local cancer charity, do with the incredible support that they give to not only cancer patients but so their families including the childrens service and complementary therapies we immediately visited them. They were our saviour that day and continue to be our crutch. I now have physical and mental problems due to the cancer treatment and CLAN continue to support myself, my husband Owen and our children too. Please help us to raise at least £10,000 to help support CLAN for others in the future. Thanks so much. Love Suze and family xx
