she has applied to be moved, domestic violence team, the police and another department has given her a letter to take to the housing for immediate removal and moved out of her local area...unfortunatly this has not happened, she is finding it hard to have regular contact with her housing association as her ex has now moved back into the house and taken het keys! she has her phone but no bank card, no car ECT, I have offered her my home but she is scared that he finds her here so will not leave the home, my partner and myself have spoken and agreed that we should instead use our money to help her and her children out so we have spent all day trying to find accommodation far enough for her and her children, they have nothing at all so she will be fleeing with just her and the children and what's on there backs!!. she is in contact with social services, the department of domestic violence and her housing and the only immediate help the housing are offering is a shelter and to separate her from her children which she will not do, today she explained to me that the department of domestic violence has told her to move out the area but just before she does she should take him to court and get a injunction against him and then change her and her son's name and move out of the area.....unfortunately this is alot easier than saying it....and I'm assuming since she is still in the same position with him now for over a year still in the house it may not even be that easy for her housing to do as I can't imagine they would leave her and her children in such a dangerous environment..i'd like to raise as much as I can to be able to help her and her children with a new start out of London, I'd ideally like to set her up with a safe place for her and all her children, basic appliances, funds to get to the new place and anything else they may need to get away and start again somewhere
